Avihay Gilboa, a lawyer in our firm, deals with a variety of intellectual property law fields, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial designs and plant breeder’s rights, as well as related fields such as representation and management of artists, internet, defamation, passing off, collective rights management, commercial torts and others.
Avihay has experience in complex patent and trademark litigation cases in Israeli courts and before the Israeli Patent and Trademark office, legal consultancy and opinions, analysis and drafting of commercial contracts and licenses, working with leading music artists and negotiation.
Avihay did his internship at Luthi & Co., where he worked for two years. Before that, Avihay worked in a law firm for 3 years and gained experience and knowledge in a variety of other legal fields such as real estate, corporations, torts, labor law, etc. In addition, during his studies, Avihay volunteered in the Public Defender’s Office where he dealt with various criminal cases.
