In 2016 we have published our book “Monetary Remedies in Intellectual Property Procedures“, the first book published in Israel dealing with calculation of damages in design infringement procedures in Israel and around the world.
In 2019 we published our book “Industrial Design Law (Second edition)“, A new edition of our famous book, covering the new Design Act that entered into force in 2018, as well as recent court decisions and other developments in the field of Design Law in Israel.
In 2020 we published our book “Intellectual Property Law in Israel”, which extensively and thoroughly reviews the Intellectual Property Law in Israel and provides an in-depth coverage of the Israeli legislation and case law in this field from historical, procedural and substantial points of view.

Our experience in the field of design law encompasses claimed infringements in the following fields: Aluminum and metal profiles, garments, lighting products, cast molds, buttons, furniture, building products, hygiene products computer games and others.
Recent key cases dealt with by our firm’s lawyers include:
- Lighting products designs: Representation of the main Israeli lighting fixtures companies in a claim of infringement of a design for electric bulb sockets and various lighting products. The case is currently being heard before the Israel Supreme Court of Justice in Jerusalem.
- Computer games design: Representation of two major Israeli consumer product retail chains vs. the Sony Company worldwide, in a dispute concerning a Sony Playstation product design.
- Preliminary injunction concerning Aluminum profiles: Representation of one of the major aluminum products company in Israel, in a request for a temporary injunction on grounds of infringement of an aluminum profile design.
